Marcia Barclay: Following her B.Ed in Reading Education and 10 years as a
teacher, mainly in the area of remedial reading, Marcia moved into community
education working with adults. She established community education at Perth Zoo
and managed 300 volunteers across WA, all tutoring adults with difficulties in
literacy or learning English.
